In case next time you’re at LAX, our restaurant, One World Vegetarian Cuisine in West Covina, caters for Euro Coffee in the International Terminal, Departures, 2nd Level. We provide them with our yummy sandwiches, burgers and other appetizers like golden rolls. And it’s all vegan

Haha, that’s a pretty funny coincidence. I was indeed happy to see it since I hadn’t eaten all day and I usually just don’t eat when I travel, so I didn’t end up starving, .

Next time I fly I will have to get online and check out all the restaurants and their vegan options in advance.

two weeks ago i was stuck in that same terminal at LAX! believe it or not, that baja fresh is brand new…so before that there was basically just starbucks.

unfortunately, i was there at 7am, so baja wasn’t open yet. i convinced the lads at la brea bakery to sell me a roll, because none of their sandwich options were vegan.

we do what we can!
