Yeah, I know how to season it, though I won't say I'm a pro or anything like that. So far the saucepan (3 qt), which I have used quite a bit, has been great. It took me some time getting used to cooking in cast iron, but just knowing my food is healthier makes it up. Just make sure you know how to season it properly as I messed up my first two tries. Also don't heat it to high and try to cook tofu... big mess. I also bought a nice sauce pan but it was made out of aluminum so I am in the market again for something healthier like stainless steel.
